New warehouse, offices for Adaptalift

This 10,000 m² warehouse build on Agar Drive incorporated two office suites and a large canopy off one side of the building to keep heavy vehicles under cover. The team developed the shop drawings and then manufactured and installed around 240 tonnes of steel to create the building’s frame.

The Genis Steel team were delighted to support an up-and-coming builder as they delivered this project for Adaptalift. We worked closely with the builder to deliver the works program and coordinate with trades on site. Construction began on site in July/August 2025 and was successfully completed in just three months.
