Fast, precise modular delivery

Genis Steel can manufacture structural steel modules (up to 5.5 metres wide, 18 metres long and 3 metres high) ready for seamless assembly for residential, commercial and industrial modular buildings. Our team have supported modular builds ranging from residential homes and multi-storey education and healthcare builds to rapid-deployment disaster facilities.  

Our Geelong facility can produce up to four fully fabricated modules a day – equivalent to two complete residential buildings. With high-capacity cranes, a skilled boilermaker team, and proven delivery schedules, we can meet demanding timelines for both residential and large-scale commercial modular buildings.
