Genis Steel is proud to have contributed to the built environment of Deakin University, where contemporary design, durability and functional performance are essential to creating educational spaces that inspire students, staff and the community.

As part of this project, Genis Steel provided specialised structural steel fabrication and supply services to support key buildings and infrastructure elements at the Deakin University campus.

This work included precision-engineered steel frames, connection systems, purlin assemblies and structural members designed to meet architectural, structural and construction requirements unique to university facilities.

With early involvement in design coordination, our team worked closely with architects, engineers and delivery partners to ensure steel components were detailed and manufactured to tight tolerances that aligned with design intent and construction sequencing.

This collaborative approach minimised on-site variations and supported efficient installation, integration with other trades and a smooth build programme.
